Description
The silver-throated bushtit or silver-throated tit (Aegithalos glaucogularis) is a species of bird in the family Aegithalidae. It is widely spread throughout central and eastern China and south towards Yunnan. Its natural habitat is temperate forests.

Silver-throated Bushtit typically resides in areas with forest edges and scrublands, predominantly within deciduous forests. They are also found in regions dominated by pine forests. Throughout their range, silver-throated Bushtit inhabits both lowlands and mountainous terrains, with a preference for environments that feature abundant tree cover and natural foliage, which is essential for nesting and foraging.
