Feeding Habits
Yellow-bellied Bulbul is an omnivore, feeding on both fruits, notably figs, and insects, with a greater inclination for insects. They forage alone or in small groups, often joining mixed-species flocks, and exhibit unique behaviors like brief hovering to snatch berries and catching beetles. Consumption of fruit is opportunistic during movement through foliage.
Habitat
The yellow-bellied Bulbul typically inhabits broadleaf evergreen forests with a closed canopy and structured vegetation layers.
