The brown-billed scythebill (Campylorhamphus pusillus) is a species of bird in the family Furnariidae. It is found in Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Panama, Peru, and Venezuela. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.

Habitat
Brown-billed Scythebill inhabits humid evergreen forests in hilly terrain and occasionally tropical lowlands, from South Central America to the Northern and Central Andes. Favoring the interior and edges of epiphyte-rich cloud forests, it predominantly resides at elevations of 600 to 2500 meters, with a higher prevalence between 1250 and 2000 meters. Its habitat includes the upper tropical and subtropical zones.
