Description
The superciliated wren (Cantorchilus superciliaris) is a species of bird in the family Troglodytidae. It is found in Ecuador and Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical mangrove forests, and subtropical or tropical dry shrubland.

Feeding Habits
Superciliated Wren primarily consumes insects, foraging in pairs within low vegetation and on the ground. Their diet and behavior showcase unique adaptations for consuming a variety of insects.
Habitat
The superciliated Wren favors arid environments and is predominantly found in dry woodland areas, scrublands, and brush territories. It is also a frequent inhabitant of hedgerows. Although its presence is less conventional in moist woodland regions, it nonetheless makes use of such habitats.
