Description
The pale-billed parrotbill (Chleuasicus atrosuperciliaris), also known as the black-browed parrotbill or lesser rufous-headed parrotbill, is a species of parrotbill in the family Paradoxornithidae. It is found in Bangladesh, Bhutan, China, India, Laos, Myanmar, and Thailand. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.

Feeding Habits
Pale-billed Parrotbill consumes a diet of small seeds, insects like beetles and grasshoppers, and their pupae, as well as spiders. Feeding in groups, often with other species, pale-billed Parrotbill displays unique foraging behavior by hanging upside-down.
Habitat
The pale-billed Parrotbill typically dwells in areas abundant with bamboo, frequently adjacent to or within broadleaf evergreen forests and forest edges. It is also found in regions characterized by tall grass. This species occupies a range of landscapes that provide the dense vegetative structure necessary for its nesting and feeding habits, thriving in the understory thickets that offer shelter and food sources.
