  The yellow-bellied greenbul (Chlorocichla flaviventris) is a species of songbird in the bulbul family, Pycnonotidae. It is found in eastern, southern and west-central Africa. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, and dry savanna.

    Habitat 
  The yellow-bellied Greenbul is typically found in evergreen and semi-deciduous forests, including specialized types such as coastal, gallery, and dune forests. It also inhabits riverine bush, coastal scrub, and dense bush within wooded savannas. Favoring thick undergrowth, the yellow-bellied Greenbul is often seen in forest edge habitats and dense secondary growth, occasionally extending to gardens and drier thickets in various woodland types.
