  The stripe-headed antpitta (Grallaria andicolus) is a species of bird in the family Grallariidae. It was first described by German ornithologist Jean Louis Cabanis. It is found in Peru and western Bolivia. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forest.

  Habitat 
  The stripe-headed Antpitta primarily resides in highland woodlands dominated by Polylepis or Polylepis-Gynoxys trees. It can also be found in adjacent puna grasslands, even at some remove from forested areas. In the eastern Andes, the stripe-headed Antpitta occupies habitats at the humid treeline forest edge and in scattered forest patches.
