Description
The rusty-tinged antpitta (Grallaria przewalskii) is a species of bird in the family Grallariidae. It is endemic to Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forest and heavily degraded former forest.

Habitat
The habitat of rusty-tinged Antpitta is characterized by dense understories within more intact forests, often dominated by Chusquea species bamboo. These birds are generally found in forest environments, which can include varying degrees of human alteration, albeit they show a preference for lesser-disturbed areas in the broader geographical region of eastern Peru.
