The golden-tufted mountain grackle (Macroagelaius imthurni), also known as the golden-tufted grackle, is a species of bird in the family Icteridae. It is found in Brazil, Guyana, and Venezuela where its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.

Golden-tufted Mountain Grackle mainly consumes arthropods, small vertebrates, and fruits, with a noted preference for nocturnal moths and red berries. They typically forage in the foliage and epiphytes, rarely on the ground, and are found in monospecific flocks, often around light sources at night.
Habitat
The golden-tufted Mountain Grackle resides mainly in lower to upper montane humid forests that host a rich variety of evergreen trees, including species like Eschweilera odorata and Guarea silvatica, as well as Euterpe palms. These forests are characterized by a dense growth of bromeliads and other epiphytic plants. The golden-tufted Mountain Grackle can also be found in unique stunted forests with poor sandy soils predominantly featuring Miconia and other trees from the Melastomataceae family, accompanied by a wealth of both epiphytic and terrestrial bromeliads.
