Feeding Habits
Green Oriole primarily consumes fruit, foraging alone or in pairs with slow, methodical movements in forest canopies. In non-breeding seasons, they may form small flocks.
Habitat
The green Oriole predominantly resides in lush environments such as rainforests, gallery forests, and vine thickets, favoring areas adjacent to streaming water sources. Their habitats are typically denser and moister forests compared to those of closely related species. While largely coastal, dispersing younger green Orioles can venture into more varied ecosystems, including mangroves, Melaleuca galleries, and even human-modified landscapes like parks and orchards.

Distribution Area
They are often difficult to locate, as their yellow-green plumage blends with the foliage and only their deep bubbling musical calls can be heard. They are nevertheless common in suitable habitat: rainforests, mangroves, thickets along watercourses, swamps, and lush gardens.
