Description
The short-billed minivet (Pericrocotus brevirostris) is a species of bird in the family Campephagidae. It is found in Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, China, India, Laos, Myanmar, Nepal, Thailand, and Vietnam. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest and subtropical or tropical moist montane forest.

Feeding Habits
Short-billed Minivet predominantly feeds on adult and larval arthropods, as well as buds. They often forage in pairs and regularly join mixed-species flocks, hunting among foliage for their prey.
Habitat
The habitat of short-billed Minivet spans open deciduous and evergreen forests, including forest edges and areas of secondary growth. These birds are also found inhabiting pine forests, typically inhabiting mountainous regions within broader geographical zones.
