Description
Blyth's leaf warbler (Phylloscopus reguloides) is a species of leaf warbler (family Phylloscopidae). It was formerly included in the "Old World warbler" assemblage. It is found mainly in Southeast Asia, southern China and along the Himalayas till northern Pakistan. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests. This bird was named after the English zoologist Edward Blyth.

Feeding Habits
Blyth's Leaf Warbler's primary diet consists of small arthropods and larvae, with an occasional addition of small berries in autumn. This bird forages alone or in pairs, often joining mixed-species flocks outside the breeding season, adeptly feeding in various positions including hanging upside-down and mimicking nuthatches on tree trunks.
Habitat
The habitat of blyth's Leaf Warbler comprises rhododendron and oak forests, coniferous, and moist deciduous woodlands for breeding. During the non-breeding season, blyth's Leaf Warbler descends to lower altitudes where it occupies evergreen forest edges, secondary growth, scrublands, and agricultural peripheries, preferring areas with substantial undergrowth and foliage cover.
