Description
The red-eared fruit dove (Ptilinopus fischeri) is a species of bird in the pigeon family. It is endemic to the island of Sulawesi, Indonesia.

Habitat
The red-eared Fruit Dove typically inhabits montane and moss forests, often found in areas that have experienced some degree of logging. These forests are characterized by their dense, verdant landscapes, providing the red-eared Fruit Dove with a rich source of fruits. Red-eared Fruit Dove are mainly located in broader geographical regions that include montane ecosystems in Southeast Asia.
