Description
The rufous-necked snowfinch (Pyrgilauda ruficollis) is a species of bird in the sparrow family. It is found in Tibet and adjacent areas of central China; it winters south to Uttarakhand, Nepal, Sikkim and Bhutan. Its natural habitat is temperate grassland.
