Description
The sulphur-billed nuthatch (Sitta oenochlamys) is a species of bird in the family Sittidae. It is endemic to the Philippines. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest and subtropical or tropical moist montane forest.

Feeding Habits
Sulphur-billed Nuthatch's diet consists mainly of insects and spiders. These birds are active foragers, often found alone or in groups, and may join mixed-species flocks. They typically feed in tree canopies, probing trunks and branches for prey hidden under bark and moss.
Habitat
The sulphur-billed Nuthatch frequents pine and evergreen forests, including forest edges, clearings, and relics of primary woodland. It is also found in areas of secondary growth. These birds thrive in regions rich with coniferous trees and exhibit a preference for habitats that offer a mixture of dense foliage and open spaces.
