Description
The rufous-breasted bush robin (Tarsiger hyperythrus) is a species of bird in the family Muscicapidae. It is found in Bangladesh, Bhutan, southwestern China, northeast India, northern Myanmar and Nepal. Its natural habitat is temperate forests.

Habitat
Rufous-breasted Bush Robin primarily inhabits dense mixed conifer forests with a significant presence of Abies densa and tree rhododendron. Its breeding grounds also extend to areas above the timberline, characterized by dwarf rhododendron and scattered birch forests. During winter, rufous-breasted Bush Robin is known to migrate to broadleaf evergreen forest glades and edges, often found near streams and old mule roads.
