Description
The Blue Mountain vireo (Vireo osburni) is a species of bird in the family Vireonidae. It is endemic to Jamaica. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, plantations, and heavily degraded former forest. It is threatened by habitat loss.

The blue Mountain Vireo is typically found in humid and moist montane forests, especially limestone rainforests, as well as upland woodlands. This species is also known to inhabit shade coffee plantations. Its preferred elevation range starts from 100 meters above sea level, extending upwards into the highland regions.
